Cable Muse Network (CableMuse.com) -  Saturday (03/27/10) at 8:30 PM (Your local time). During Earth Hour this Saturday hundreds of millions of people around our world will come together to make a bold statement about their concern for climate change by doing something quite simple—turning off their lights (for at least) one hour on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 8:30 p.m. local time. Earth Hour will once again cascade around the globe, from New Zealand to Hawaii and into our cities and homes within the United States.

U.S. landmarks such as Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, St. Louis’ Gateway Arch, Sea World in Orlando, the Las Vegas Strip, New York’s Empire State Building, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Washington D.C.’s National Cathedral, California’s Santa Monica Pier and the pylons at LAX, and the Space Needle in Seattle are among the hundreds of sites that will turn off non-essential lighting for the hour, in what is expected to be the largest-ever call to action on climate change.

Many businesses and organizations are encouraging their employees and constituents to join the Earth Hour movement with them including Wells Fargo, ComEd, Coca-Cola, NAACP, the National Education Association, the League of United Latin American Citizens, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Neighborhoods, Rainbow Push Coalition, National Science Teachers Association and Youth Service America.

Make a difference and share the message of Earth Hour. Speak with your office coworkers and management. In Phoenix Arizona a principle of Cable Muse Network, LLC approached The Phoenix Plaza management (CBRE) regarding Earth Hour 2009. Earth Hour was immediately embraced by CBRE and tenants at The Phoenix Plaza of two office towers and retail pavilion in 2009 and again in 2010 and its tenants. Join Earth Hour this year in your Home and Office.
